Muslin is a beautiful light and airy, woven fabric, also called double gauze. Our cotton muslin fabric is soft, making it perfect for a wide range of items for babies. It’s 100% natural cotton and is absorbant so makes brilliant bibs.. It also offers exceptional comfort, so is perfect for your favourite children’s clothing makes, such as dresses, shirts or trousers. It is breathable and light, and makes wonderful summer clothing. A cotton muslin sample will let you see and feel the potential of the base for yourself.

The fabric composition is 100% cotton so it is soft and breathable, absorbent and can be machine washed and tumble dried. It does not require ironing so is good for travelling and play. It is a woven fabric with a fair amount of movement, so is forgiving even with wonky seams. It lightweight and perfect for warmer weather sews, weighing around 80gsm.

Care
