Do you have a design that you would love to see printed on double plush? Are you a clothing business who would like to stand out by offering your own exclusive fabric line? Then our print your own fabric design service is the answer.

Our double plush base is a woven polyester with a soft short pile on both sides of the fabric. It is printed on one side only so the reverse is plain white. As it is woven it has zero stretch, making it perfect for blankets. It can also be used as a quilt topper where you add your own backing fabric if you wish to. As it is fluffy on the back though, there is no need. It is a knitted fabric, so will not fray. You do not even need to hem it if you prefer not to. It is also suitable for other woven projects which require a soft piled fabric. For example, cushions, make up wipes, breast pads etc.

The fabric composition is 100% polyester and plush on both sides of the fabric but printed on one face only. It is a manmade fabric and is snuggly, cuddly and warm, it weighs around 300gsm.

With low minimum order quantities per design, options start at just 1 metre. A 10% discount is automatically applied on orders which contain 10m total of any of our Print Your Own and Back Catalogue options.

How to order

First, place your order for print your own double plush, by choosing the length you require. The minimum length per design is 1m, so if you have several designs to print you can take advantage of the 10% discount which is automatically applied when you order 10m. If you have multiple designs to print, you can order the overall length required and then just confirm on the email when you send your designs, how many metres of each design you require.

Please email your design image to us at hello@42customfabric.co.uk quoting your order number. Your artwork must be CMYK, 300dpi and in jpg, png, pdf or tif format. You should include the size that you wish the design to be printed at in cm not pixels. Please note: if you do not include this information in your email or your artwork is not the correct format, then your fabric may be delayed. If files are supplied as RGB then we will operate on the basis that you wanted to use the wider pallette and accept that the final colours of your design will be left up to the printer to match closest possible and some variation may occur. At your request, we can convert them to CMYK to print, but please be aware that some colour shift may occur due to the difference in modes, and we will not be responsible for that. To ensure as accurate reproduction of your intended colours as possible, then artwork should be created as CMYK to begin with.

If you choose to supply your own design rather than use one from our catalogue of stock imagery, whilst we do a routine check to ensure that your design is supplied seamless and will attempt to alert you beforehand if we spot an issue with the design, the final responsibility for ensuring the suitability of the design for printing rests with you. The leadtime commences once you have received confirmation of our acceptance of your design. If you need design assistance then please email us for advice.

Your design and printed fabrics will not used by us in any way. We simply facilitate printing so you can see your fabulous design come to life as print your own fabric single plush.

Our Print Your Own service is subject to our Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for having the legal right to print the images you are using. 42 Custom Fabric do not accept any liability for any trademark/copyright infringements. Furthermore, if it is an obvious copyright, we reserve the right to refuse to print.

Fabric ordered via our Print Your Own service has a 6-10 week turnaround from design approval.
